Within minutes of our 1st consultation with Dr. Shepard, it was obvious my wife and I had made an excellent choice in choosing the Cody Audiology Clinic. Sadly my wife suffers from acute anxiety of which her gradual hearing loss has only exacerbated. Dr. Shepard’s abilities in explaining to us the various treatment options in a way both of us could understand are bar none. I can honestly say that most of the healthcare providers my wife and I have had to deal with over the years could take a lesson or two from Dr. Shepard. Not once did we feel rushed. Rest assured you will be treated with the utmost respect and kindness at the Cody Clinic. Dr. Shepard and her staff are more than just consummate professionals. They’re decent human beings. Refreshing to say the least in this day and age when one is more likely to feel like a number rather than an individual with needs unique unto themselves.

Dr Shepard takes care of all of my family’s hearing needs. She is compassionate, thorough, and I really feel that she cares about her patients and their quality of life. Her office is professional, clean, and welcoming. Dr Shepard made sure we got the treatment my daughter needed for her hearing loss, even taking the time to call me personally to answer my additional questions.

Dr. Shepard is amazing! My dad was starting to loose his hearing and Dr. Shepard took great care of him. He ended up needing hearing aids and the doctor took the time to answer all our questions. She really cares about my dad and his hearing needs. The hearing aids are amazing and have totally improved my dad's hearing and how he interacts with people, especially in crowded situations. Would totally recommend.

I went to Dr. Shepard to have my ears cleaned. I have had mine done before, but the last time, they hurt my ears so bad. So happy Dr. Shepard opened up her own practice. She is such a caring doctor and truly cares about her patients. She is the best.

I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Brandi Shepard for helping me test my hearing loss! I knew something was wrong, and was able to test my hearing and tell me exactly what the loss was. She is super kind and very personable. Would definitely recommend her! She definitely knows what she’s talking about.
