I've dealt with a hearing loss most of my 67 years, which translates to a lot of visits to various hearing aid businesses. I have, at long last, found the best, at least for my needs. From the minute you open the door, you know that you count as a person, and your unique situation will be addressed and resolved to the best of their ability. I love my Oticon hearing aids!! Best place to go if your a hearing aid user! They are friendly and super helpful and it feels more like a home than a office. I was given education, understanding and respect. I love them and will never go anywhere else!

Kyle and Wendy at the Mill Plain office were so great to work with! I got fitted for custom ear plugs for use when riding my motorcycle. The fitting was quick and easy and the turnaround was fast on the custom work. Great people and I recommend them for all your hearing needs.

Kyle and his administrative staff are friendly, easy going, helpful, accommodating and informative. After viewing the results of my hearing test and discussing my hearing issues were able to develop a solution which has greatly increased my ability hear on both sides even though I have hearing in one ear only. I am very happy with my new hearing aids and can comfortably participate in crowded social discussions.

I have just received my 3rd pair of hearing aids. I started with Rod and now continue with his son Kyle. I knew nothing of this process and Rod helped me through it. Now Kyle just fit me with new ones. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his product. The technology of today is amazing. Kyle explained it all so I could understand and use all aspects of my new devices. Highly recommend this business.

I like to share for my first time how this family business that I never met but have had the blessing to have Kyle Koch as my son in law. First let me send my deepest condolences to the Koch family. Friendly staff, excellent (free) follow up for any tweaking or repair of aids. In house audiogram, loaners and a 75 day return policy build confidence in the aid you need.
I wasn't paid for this, I've been a customer for years. Tried Costco because they are a bit cheaper, went straight back to Advanced Hearing Aid.
