Sound Answers provided a very positive experience in every way. Dr. Adam and Diane Wojnowski were both very professional, explained my test results so I understood them and explained the benefits hearing aids would provide. Appointment times were honored with very little, if any, waiting room time. Diane has done an exceptional job answering the many questions I have had relating to my first pair of hearing aids. I initially met Dr. Adam in Niagara Falls at another practice. I appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and give me a great sense of comfort with my hearing aid selection. Everything about his handling of my visits were top notch. When I found out he moved to Amherst, NY with his own office I immediately knew I wanted to visit him there. It was Dr. Adam and his professionalism and knowledge that I trusted and believed in and am happy to be a patient with him at Sound Answers Hearing & Speech.
